IQMobile Terms of Service

Draft, not yet in effect. Last updated: November 2, 2026. This document is a proposed structure for review and is not a finalized agreement.

This is a draft prepared for VerusTrack review. The sections below identify the terms that should be included. The legal clauses (disclaimers, liability, governing law, etc.) are intentionally left for legal counsel to draft and are not yet in effect.

1. Acceptance of the terms

Note for review: describe how a user accepts the terms (for example, by installing or first using IQMobile) and the effective date once approved.

2. Description of service

Note for review: summarize that IQMobile is a VerusTrack Android app for field asset management, provided by VerusTrack and published on Google Play on its behalf by Condor Cliff.

3. Accounts and eligibility

Note for review: the app has no account registration to use its core features (per current app baseline). Confirm whether any eligibility, age, or authorized-user requirements apply.

4. License to use the app

Note for review: state the limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use IQMobile, and any restrictions on copying, modifying, or redistributing the app.

5. Acceptable use

Note for review: list the responsibilities and prohibited uses (for example, lawful use, no interference with the service or Readers).

6. User content and data

Note for review: describe the user’s responsibility for the asset data, images, and documents they create or import, and reference the IQMobile Privacy Policy.

7. Equipment and tag use

Note for review: clarify responsibility for physical equipment, tags, and Readers, and any limits on VerusTrack’s responsibility for field use.

8. Third-party services, Readers, and Cloud

Note for review: explain that the app may connect to Reader devices and Cloud services, that customer-operated and VerusTrack-operated deployments differ, and that third-party terms may apply.

9. Fees and orders

Note for review: confirm whether the app is provided without separate license fees, or whether fees, orders, or subscriptions apply. Missing business input: pricing and ordering model.

10. Intellectual property

Note for review: confirm VerusTrack’s ownership of the app, branding, and materials, and any rights the user retains in their own content.

11. Disclaimers
